I am Dancing for Sick Kids!

I am Ri, This May, I will be Dancing for Sick Kids!

Please show your support by sponsoring me today.

All funds raised will help seriously ill or injured children and their families by providing a home-away-from-home at Ronald McDonald House, whilst they receive critical care and treatment.

On average, it costs Ronald McDonald House Charities $160 to support a family for one night, so please give what you can, every dollar counts.

Thank you for helping me make a difference!

Every little bits help. I will give whoever donate the most a show ?.

Last day of may

I am so so so grateful for everyone who donated and shared the post for dance for sick kids. Thank you all for assisting me to reach my goal of $500 this amount can provide 3 nights of accommodation for the family during treatment.

I cannot be more happier. This is not where I will stop my charity effort. I will continue my help to McDonald House as I do believe this in my heart it is genuinely a great charity.

Thank you to all.

Corvid vaccine knocked me for 6, so I post this video of pole practice last year. Sorry I only did 15 mins of chair dance today. Continue my promised to raise funds for sick kids and their families.

21st May 2021

Friday 21st May
2 hours of being in my safe place at Stargazer pole studio blacktown. I am in need of a rest. Deb Roach's guidance for my pole journey as well as a person have always been spot on. I need to rest my body. Pole is an incredibly difficult sport, but all this make it worthwhile for a great course #danceforsickkids

4&5/5 Pole is my therapy and raising money for MH

Friday 7th May
Some people asked me why do I enjoyed pole so much. I said why not. It's challenging and rewarding for me. So doing something I considered as my life safer and raising money at the same time, why not. We are on this earth together.

2&3/5 - 3 hrs into pole training my therapy to keep me sane. I want to raise more money for kiddies and their families.

Monday 3rd May

1/5

Sunday 2nd May
I have file this on the 30/4 for the 1/5, as I need to study for my exams and finish my assessment. For the post of 2/5 I am going to post later. I will most likely do chair I need to have a break from pole. 2.5 to 3 hrs of pole actually on 30/4 have beaten my body up. Lol. But honestly I truly enjoyed that I am making some difference and able to help the sick whatever way I can. Being a RN for more than 12 years I seen a lot and made me love harder, appreciate more, like everyday was my last. At the end of the day we must try and live life without regret.

I'm dancing for seriously ill children like Emily.

At just four years old Emily was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer and a life-threatening brain tumor. Since then her family has spent 149 nights (and counting) at Ronald McDonald House.

"I think sometimes, as parents, we focus on our sick child who needs the help the most, but we all need help. So that is something I love about the (Ronald McDonald) House, is that we can be together through the journey"

– Jono, Emily's Dad
