Step 1: Choose your 7-day dance challenge
Will you dance for 30, 60 or an impressive 120 minutes a day during our challenge week? It's totally up to you. If these options aren't for you, no prob - choose your own challenge! The main thing is you have fun and raise important funds to support the families staying at Ronald McDonald House.
Step 2: Create a unique online fundraising page
This is the easy part! Simply sign up here and we'll do it all for you. You'll then receive your Welcome Kit, personalised fundraising dashboard and resources. And as for us? We're all yours, just reach out if there is anything we can help with.
Step 3: Ask friends, family and colleagues to sponsor your efforts
This is your chance to make a BIG impact for sick and injured kids. Your loved ones will want to help you reach your goal - all you need to do is ask! Reach for the stars baby! Let's make Dance for Sick Kids 2021 the best year yet!
Step 4: Get dancing!
During our challenge week (15 - 21 May) you'll receive access to exclusive dance classes from leading choreographers. These will incorporate all skill levels and abilities; from our little dancing stars, people hitting the dance floor for the very first time, right through to advanced tutorials for our dancing queens out there.
Use our tutorials or freestyle your week away, it's totally up to you. Just feel good knowing you're dancing to make a difference for seriously ill and injured children!
Oh, and remember, dancing is always more fun with friends so why not start a team?
Join dance studios and schools all over Australia as they dance to make a difference! This is your chance to use your love of dance to help seriously ill and injured children.
It's easy to get involved. Sign up your dance school and get your students and community to join your team!
Everyone's fundraising will contribute to the team goal so you will be able to see the impact you are all making together! What better way to connect your community and instil the importance of giving back.
Each team member can choose their own challenge along the way to participate in but why not host in-studio competitions to really get the team inspired?! Who doesn't love a healthy dance off!
Dancing might not be your strong suit, but no doubt teamwork is!
Bring your workplace together by dancing the week away. We've got dance tutorials tailored for those with twinkle toes or those gifted with two left feet. We'll give you tips and tricks to get the whole team involved and hitting the dancefloor in no time!

We know dance isn't for everyone, that's why the choice is yours! Why not take a pledge to walk or run for 60 minutes each day? Maybe you're feeling adventurous and want to ride or swim. Whatever you choose, you will be making a difference for seriously ill and injured children.

Dance for Sick Kids is an interactive and exciting way to instil the importance of kindness and giving back to the community and those in need.
