- This raffle has not been organised or managed by Dance for Sick Kids and/or Ronald McDonald House Charities and shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Entries to raffle close 3:00pm AEST Friday 14th May. The raffle will be drawn at 8:00pm AEST Friday 14th May.
- The winner/s will be contacted directly via email and/or mobile within 7 days of the draw.
- The contact details of the winner/s will be shared with the organiser of the raffle for contacting purposes.
- Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- The legal age for purchasing raffle tickets is 18. If the winners are under the age of 18 years the prizes will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians.
- In the draw for the winners, the Bonus Prize 3 will be drawn first and the other prizes drawn in ascending order of the prize number and value.
- Raffle tickets are not tax-deductible.
- If you cannot organise to pick up your prize from the raffle organiser, you may incur a shipping fee.
