I'm dancing to make a difference for sick kids!

When a child is injured, or diagnosed with a serious illness, it affects the whole family. Lives can be turned upside down, and it puts families under enormous pressure. For many families, it can feel like it’s impossible to hold it together.

That’s why I’m joining Ronald McDonald House to Dance for Sick Kids this year.

I’ll be making a move every day for 7 days, to raise money that will help families stay in a home-away-from-home, access emotional and financial support, and more. From day one in the hospital and for as long as it takes, your help ensures that families don’t have to navigate the challenges of illness or injury alone.

Please support me by making a tax-deductible donation to my challenge. Your generosity will make sure that Ronald McDonald House can support even more families with a seriously ill or injured child when they need it most.

My Dance Diary

This Means Something To Me🤍

Saturday 4th Apr

I’ve grown up hearing stories about sick children my whole life🤍

Coming from a family of doctors, it was always something around me, their strength, their journeys, and what so many families go through. I was also the “practice patient” more times than I can count 🤭

For a long time, I thought I’d become a paediatrician. Life ended up taking me in a different direction, but one thing never changed, how much I care about working with children. That’s what led me into teaching, and it’s something that’s always felt right for me.

This is something really close to my heart, which is why I wanted to be part of it.

It’s also my first time doing something like this, so I know it might not be perfect. I’m stepping into something new, learning as I go, and pushing myself a little outside my comfort zone.

But I’m doing it for something that truly matters 🤍

I’m taking something I love, dance, and using it to support children who need it most!

If you’d like to support, donate, or even just share this, it would honestly mean so much to me. Every little bit really does make a difference ✨

Thanks to all the generous people who’ve donated to my challenge.
